Season 1 Episode 3 - Kundalini Reiki

In this episode Shanell and Kim talk about Kundalini Reiki and how they use it to balance chakras, clear trauma and cut energetic chords. There are many forms of Reiki, and while both ladies are attuned in Usui and Kundalini, both work mainly with the Kundalini energy. 

Usui is a lower frequency energy that uses ancient symbols to heal. Kundalini is a feminine energy of the earth that is a higher frequency and allows the use of intuition with the healing. Both can be done distance or in person.

There is much more detail that we would like to get into with each chakra but on this episode we specifically talked about how these ladies use the energy in their healing sessions.
